So one of my rims is cracked and the other 3 are in pretty bad shape
from the original owner.
I've been shopping around for rims and only found a couple, but not
entirely sure which route I should go.
17" rims like I have now or,
18" rims.
I'm going with OTTP's Koni suspension kit before I start with the
supercharger stuff (it's starting to get pretty harsh driving), but I can't
seem to decide which size rims I want to go with.
Is the cracked rim and other wheel damage a result of the road conditions? (Potholes, etc). If it is, you'll probably want to stick with 17's. If the damage is from curbs and corrosion, go with 18's.
I've hit a few potholes, but didn't do more damage to the rims (from
what I can tell).
I think 19's would be too big, especially when it comes to putting that
SC in
I've had to put that on the back burner for now, and focus on
suspension. I may be moving at the end of this year so that will require
the rest of my "spendable" funds.
The pieces currently reside in a dust free environment packed away in
a cool/dry place.
Nope. I'd love to get a set of TC wheels but everyone wants my first born for them.
I think i might go with the Fast Alloy TE37 Reps or the Whistler Wheels KR1 in polished. Or maybe even a 3SDM 0.06 Rep/
