We need more war stories!

Out of boredum here's some runs Impact240sx and I did the other night. He had some wheel hop issues on the dig but I still pulled pretty good afterwards through second and third. Keep in mind this is on his completely STOCK boost level. It'll be interesting once he cranks it up with all those supporting mods. The roll was from 30mph, so kinda off my powerband for 2nd gear, but one I got rolling I pulled just over a car.

We're heading up to the track friday, I'm going to try and crack 14's at the very least (should). This prompted him to order his chip/boost controller (from 9 to 16psi), get tires and refill his mounts with poly. I'm not expecting to win but I'm going to try and hold him off.

You'll be cracking 14's prolly. While on 16lbs i'll be sporting some high 13's with well over 300ft lbs of tq and around 200hp at the wheels. Damn torquey bastard! lol. Good runs tho, its sad how slow the 1g turbo is on stock boost haha. You just need 2 extra rims and some bfg's to get low into those 14's.

Yeah I think a track visit and/or a loss is going to force me to go mod crazy. I'm can see tune/UDP/clutch/flywheel/mounts being ordered all at once in a frenzy, lol. Or if I get track traction woes maybe some featherlights and DR's.

Your gonna need some laughing juice or some pretty heavy NA work to keep up buddy. Remember this baby stock turbo wont be on for long lol.

Oh and a correction. Going to the track didnt prompt me to order the chip/boost controller. I had those, just way to lazy to put them in, the track helped me do that lol

Nice runs, always like seeing the vids! I'll be interested to see what that little Probe runs @ 16PSI. From the looks of the vids I've seen of your car EMU I don't think you'll have any trouble hitting 14.8-9. Makes me want to get a DP..and a tune..and a clutch, maybe some mounts..and the list of 20 other mods I wish I had money for..lol.
