Downpipe that wont throw codes?

I need a downpipe that wont throw codes. I have the mandrel exhausts one on there with a cat and my CEL is on. I dont know if this is just a fluke occurance but my emissions in coming up and I wont pass with a cat. code going off. Should I just get another mandrel and hope it was a fluke? Or does anybody know of where I can get a downpipe (catted) that wont throw codes.
