I have a 2007 G5 base, 2.2 liter engine with a manual transmission. I am having of upgrading my exhaust system due to the fact that i have a manual transmission. The down pipe that i need is apparently flipping expensive because i have to use a GM certified down pipe due to fit restrictions. I have received quote ranging from $500-1000 just on the down pipe. and its about another $200.00 for labor and the rest of the exhaust system to be installed. Doe anyone have any suggestions on a company that would make a compete header back exhaust system? I'm looking for a bolt in/up system

Aftermarket? ZZP would be your best bet.

I've looked at zzp Nd mandrel bent exhaust, which both have header back systems at a reasonable price.. I was wondering do I need a additional o2 bung for my system?
