So i recently redid my whole sus front and back except AXLES everything is torqued to spec and all. I went for an alignment and since then i've had nothing but issues. So when i hit highway speeds the steering wheel is very shaky, it even is going over bumpy roads and it makes noises not sure if its the steering column or intermediate shaft. Also have a weird rubbing noise when braking hard and turning left it's even leaving wear marks on my brake rotor. Any advice would be very greatly appreciated and helpful. The attachment is the one rotor that i've noticed has damage

Can you remove the tire and brake rotor and confirm that the surface inside the rotor hat and the hub is clean?

I'm not noticing any damage on that rotor. It looks like typical wear.
