Welcome to G5!
If you're looking for more power, the stock m62 supercharger set up can be had relatively cheap, or of you're looking to spend some cash, a TVS1320, a Whipple 1600AX (I think) or a C1 ProCharger (was the Ion Procharger). There's also a plethora of Turbos that can be had.
Check out the assorted flavors of Chevy Cobalt forums as these are the same car. Look for LE5 (2.4L Engine) and LSJ for everything else basically. There are a couple things that arent compatible but for the most part you should be fine.
Happy Building!

Sir 500,, Thankyou for the input!! As I do some research and have been looking around I’m really interested in the supercharger, once I figure out what all is needed to install one on my engine I’ll get started,,, but the thought of buying a complete engine and doing a fresh build with a SC and just do the engine swap that way I’ll have a brand new car…lol
Thanks Again! I’ll keep y’all posted on the decision & progress

Sorry I'm late to the party.

If you want any sort of decent power out of these cars, you absolutely MUST go with boost (turbo or supercharger). If you have the room, you're best bet is to start building an engine on the side. You can still use the car while you're doing that because, with supply chain shortages, you may not be able to get the parts you need, when you need them.

ZZPerformance is pretty much the "go to" place for this platform. Other companies make a few parts for the Delta-cars, but ZZP has everything under one roof. If you're really on a budget, you can find used parts on the FB marketplace. That's where I found my Brembo brake calipers. They were pretty battle damaged, but I got them for $75. I had to sand out some dings and after I painted them (sanded and repained to help fill some of the dings), they looked really nice. With the rebuild kits from RockAuto (about $35) and a caliper piston removal tool ($30, the old pistons were shot / pitted from the salt) had just around $140 invested in them.

I hope to see more of what you're doing with the car.

Welcome to the "club"!!!
