Nah, not to hard, I just turned screws while looking at the projector and got it where I wanted it. Then I did the vertical aim and the horizontal touchup on a wall 25ft away.

yeah, they have to be removed to adjust that's for sure. Best way to figure out what screw does what is image what direction it would aim if you tightened a specific screw, if you want it to go to the left, you'll tighten the left screw and/or loosen the right one. To get it to go down, you'll tighten the bottom screw and/or loosen the top screw(s).
