9-3 Aero 292 Rears w/ Caliper Spacer
9-3 Aero 314 Fronts w/ Rotor Spacers (ID 65.5 OD 70mm)
Gotta find a running 2nd vehicle so I can take the time to rust-restore and throw on the M62. Timing Chain needs to be done still, might buy some ZZP cams to install at the same time if they run a holiday sale this year. I dont think Cams n the M62 on Stock Pulley should push me too far past 300, if at all, definitely gotta do some work before going too far.
Still tryna hash out how to do the eAssist (BAS2) to replace the stock Alternator and get some extra torque.
So far I've found;
-Produces ~15HP Stock
-Peak Torque ~80lbs/110lbs While Cranking
-Battery Pack is 115V, Also Charges 12V
-eAssist Motor/Generator is a 3 Phase ACIM
-12V Starter is Retained
-Stock eAssist Pulley is 7 Rib
If I can get the eAssist to run w/ a Custom Controller and Custom Battery Pack using only Engine RPM and Throttle Position, I could translate that to any vehicle. The 'Current' Plan is to see how much power I can push through it before blowing it up, outside the vehicle, then see how much more power I could force through it if I use refrigerant to cool it.
