I'm having ideas about doing some performance upgrades on my 2010 base coupe and I keep seeing things that say (only fits Lsj or Lnf) I was wondering that the 2010 2.2 name is. And if there are any good websites other than carid and zzp for performance parts for my car

Base 2.2s don't have VVT. 2.4s got that.

2009 and newer 2.2 engines are called LAP and have VVT.
2008 and older 2.2 engines are called L61 and do not have VVT.

Here is a chart from Wikipedia:
YearsEnginePowerTorque
2005–20062.2 L Ecotec L61 I4145 hp (108 kW)155 lb⋅ft (210 N⋅m)
2007–20082.2 L Ecotec L61 I4148 hp (110 kW)155 lb⋅ft (210 N⋅m)
2009–20102.2 L Ecotec LAP I4155 hp (116 kW)150 lb⋅ft (203 N⋅m)
20062.4 L Ecotec LE5 I4171 hp (128 kW)163 lb⋅ft (221 N⋅m)
2007–20082.4 L Ecotec LE5 I4173 hp (129 kW)163 lb⋅ft (221 N⋅m)
2005–20072.0 L Ecotec LSJ S/C I4205 hp (153 kW)200 lb⋅ft (271 N⋅m)
2008–20102.0 L Ecotec LNF Turbo I4260 hp (194 kW)260 lb⋅ft (353 N⋅m)

Your 2010 base coupe is a 2.2 LAP engine.
